The farm 'Le Colonne' is located in Monte a Pescia, one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscany, with a superb scenic view. Surrounded by woody hills that include Collodi, the homeland of the famous puppet 'Pinocchio' and the castles of Nievole valley. It is a romantic castle with only a few houses and an ancient church, the Romantic 'Pieve dei Santi Bartolomeo e Andrea'. Close to major art towns such as Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, and Florence. 'Le Colonne' is an excellent starting point for the art tourism. Within the range of 30 min driving, the beaches of the Versilia can be reached. A slightly longer drive may lead to the Abetone, Siena and Volterra. Swimming can also be enjoyed in the farm pool. Within the range of 5 min driving there is a tennis court and within the range of 30 min driving a golf course.

Large garden and pool area directly adjacent to the house well equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs, covered patios, barbeque, etc. A farm estate covering an area of approximately 35 hectares, blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills slope down towards the horizon and woods.

Golf
Montecatini golf course is a good 18 hole course within half 12 km.

Biking, mountain bike, trecking. Sports and relaxing activities can also be practiced in the immediate vicinity thanks to thermal-bath, tennis camp (3), riding schools (1km), a golf course (12km) and lake-fishing (5km).

Spa and thermal baths in Montecatini.
