The 2 apartments have heating, a highchair and cot for baby (on request).
The 2 apartments are connected by an internal stair and we can let them as a unit which can accommodate up to 8 people.

The terrace is furnished with table and chairs where you can lunch or stay and relax.

You can reach the beaches of the Tuscany coast, Marina di Castagneto Carducci, Maremma and Versilia which is 80km.
Golf
Castelfalfi Golf Club (10km) is situated in an ancient medieval hamlet deep in the Tuscan country. It belonged through the century to the main Italian families, including Medici. Characteristics of the course - it has 18 holes and the length is 6.645 m. with a par of 73. It includes the driving range, pitching green, putting green and bunkers. The main characteristic of the course is that you can often play down hill and not on plane or slope, even if the undulations are several. You can find many water obstacles, frontally and laterally. The bunkers are not several, they are only alternative elements to the natural lines of the course. The puttings greens are different from other Italian Golf courses for their technical characteristic. Available structures, 18 holes and 73 par, driving range, putting green, pitching green, trolleys and golf carts to hire.

In the modern town centre (walking distance or by funicular) you will find supermarkets, banks, bar, restaurants, pharmacy, food shops, market day: Wednesday. Railway station (Firenze-Siena line).
In Certaldo you can enjoy recreational and sport activities: riding, swimming pool, tennis, trekking, Golf (10km).
Especially in the summer period, there are many cultural, musical and artistic events. In July the spectacular festival called "Mercantia" with its street artists and artisans on every corner of medieval town and in San Gimignano the opera festival in August.
