The apartment is within the historic hamlet of Mastena with stunning views of Lake Como and surrounding mountains. It is on the sunny west side of the lake with several interesting walks nearby. There are two small convenience stores a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A designated private parking space adjacent to front door. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, footstool, coffee tables, TV/DVD player, DVD and video selection, kitchen fully equipped with all utensils, fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower. Double French doors from lounge and bedroom leading onto full width balcony with café table and 2 chairs.

Lake is under a 1km. There is a beach in Menaggio with a 25m pool and a small pool for children, sun terraces and changing cabins.

Golf course is nearby in Menaggio.

Ski resorts in Italy and Switzerland are reached within one to two hours drive.

Milan Malpensa airport 52 miles 1 1/2 hour approx. Milan Linate airport 54 miles 1 1/2 hour approx. Bergamo Orio al Serio airport 57 miles 1 hour 20 mins approx. Ferry and bus station are in Menaggio. Train stations are in Varenna, Como and Lugano.

5km from Menaggio. Bellagio and Varenna are 15-20 minutes by ferry.

There are two small convenience stores a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Other shops and restaurants are on the lake road approximately a 20 minute walk. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants and banks etc in Menaggio approximately a 7 minute drive.
Booking notes
A booking fee of 25% of the rental fee is needed to secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
