The residence is made up of apartments each of which has a lake view terrace. The residence is 1.300 metres from the centre of Gardone Sopra (where the Vittoriale, bars, restaurants and grocers can be found) and 1.600 metres from the centre of Gardone Sotto on the lake front (where banking, post office, chemist, police, shops, bars and restaurants can be found) How to find us: On arrival in Gardone take the road opposite the Restaurant/Cinema 'Casiṇ' for 'Il Vittoriale degli Italiani'. Continue on this road past the Vittoriale towards San Michele after about 1,200 metres turn right and cross over a small bridge. Continue on this road until you arrive at Villa Panorama. (well sign-posted to help you).

Notes on prices
All prices include full use of all of our facilities including the swimming pool. All bed linen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity and gas are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.
Changeover day
The usual minimum period of stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Please arrive after 12 and depart before 10.00. Saturdays only during summer, may be flexible at other times.
