Nestled in the southern Tuscany countryside, Podere Camera enjoys wonderful views of the rolling wheat covered fields of the surrounding hills. The owners of the villa work the land and produce local Tuscan delights including red wine. Podere Camera's hillside position allows open views of the valley below. Down a short path from the villa there is a large pool surrounded by trees and furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. Through the trees and beyond is a breathtaking view of the rolling Tuscan hills. On the land there is also a small lake for fishing, bring your own rods. Within a short distance, it is possible to find a concentration of small artistic towns (Pienza, Montepulciano, Monticchiello, Rocca d'Orcia, etc.) as well as spas (Chianciano, Rapolano, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni di San Filippo), making this part of the Val d'Orcia a gem of art and culture.

It's possible to rent a part of villa (7 sleeps) at a lower price: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, garden and swimming-pool.
Changeover day
Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival and departure: on Saturday between 16.00 and 19.00 pm and on Saturday between 8.00 and 10.00am.

The house is centrally heated in winter and the cost of heating is extra charge. The position gives a natural cool environment during the hot summer months.

Private patio and 3 terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. Private garden of about 200m with trees and loan and a bench. Parasols and deck chairs. The swimming pool is in a natural beautiful position between vines, olive trees and walnut trees (10m x 5m).

Beaches can be reached in 1 hour by car.
Skiing
Can find ski resorts at no more than 1 hour by car.
Travel
Pisa airport 2 hours and 30 mins by car, Rome airport 3 hours by car, Florence airport 1 hour and 30 mins by car.
Car is essential to visit many beautiful towns in countryside.
Distances
Centre of Crete Senesi, there're a lot of beautiful little towns (Montalcino 10mins, Piensa 15mins, Montepulciano 30mins by car, etc...).
Siena 40 mins, Florence 1hour and 15 mins, Arezzo 1 hour, Perugia 1 hour by car.
Further details
In the nearest town Torrenieri can find supermarket (closed on Sunday) bar, restaurant, chemist, bank, post office and local shops.

4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded.
