This beautiful apartment overlooks the valley of Cortina D'Ampezzo which has wonderful views of the valley and receives all afternoon sun. To the rear of the house are the pine forests and to the front, are fields - snow covered in winter, and full of flowers in summer. To get to the centre, you can take a car or walk and be there in 10 minutes.

The pricing refers to weekly rents - Saturday to Saturday.
It does not include heating which is charged according to consumption.
Changeover day
Saturday - preferred changeover day, but we are flexible. Arrival should be before 7.30 pm and departure before 11 am.

Accessibility
The apartment is serviced by a lift. We are on the 1st floor , but the garage is underground and is also serviced by the lift.
No architectural barriers beyond the lift.
Outside
Outside there is the mountain with its forest at your back and all around are fields.

Excellent golf courses in Austria and northern Italy.
Skiing
Kilometres of skiing facilities nearby (more information to follow).

Cortina D'Ampezzo is a fully functioning town with restaurants, banks, internet cafe, supermarket etc. It is 10 minutes walking distance from our house.
Booking notes
One third of the price is requested as deposit to fix the apartment. The rest is to be paid on arrival along with a safety deposit of 300 euro to cover heating in winter and eventual damages - the remainder is returned to you apon your departure.
