All this is set in an extremely panoramic position, offering guests the possibility to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The position of the property, as well as offering tranquillity and privacy with its unique panorama, also makes it the perfect spot from which to make pleasant excursions to places in the surrounding area such as the historical cities of Florence, Luca, Pisa and Sienna (little more than an hour away by car).

Accessibility
Apartments are not special equipped for disabled people, but all apartments are on the ground floor without steps, direct at the terraces and garden.

The large garden surrounds the great swimming pool (14m x 7m) with its stone terraces, equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs. All this is set in an extremely panoramic position.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach: Cecina and Bibbona at about 35km (35 minutes by car).
Golf
The nearest golf corse is situated approximately 40 minutes from the villa near the town of San Miniato, a small village rich in art and history. The “Fontevivo Golf Club” - is easily accessed from Florence-Pisa-Livorno superstrada, 2km from the San Miniato exit. The golf club is family owned and operated and was built in 1989. It has 9 holes, par 62 – s.s.s 60, for a total length of 1.892m. Inside the clubhouse there is a restaurant and a bar. There is also tennis courts, soccer field and putting green. The green fee is about 30 Euros. Reservations are advised on Sunday. Closed on Monday. Golf cart available on request.
Travel
A car is strongly recommended.
Distances
Fonte Migliari offers you the right distance from the places of major interest in Tuscany. You can stock up on provisions in the grocers at Montecatini V.C. (1km), Saline di Volterra (6km). In the surrounding area you will find good and typical restaurants. Volterra, a historic Etruscan city, is just 8 km and San Gimignano, the well-preserved medieval city of towers is just 20 km away, while Pisa is the next airport (about 40 mins by car).
Further details
Montecatini Val di Cecina has a friendly bar, where you can pick up all the local gossip! It has a Co-op general store and Baker. There is also a bank and post office, and a weekly market. There are now 3 (2 new) restaurants this year that serves typical Tuscan cuisine at very reasonable prices. Throughout the year the Tuscan towns and cities are animated by fairs, festivals, theme-celebrations and historic re-enactments from the middle ages with street markets, suppers, tasting and fireworks.
