Both apartments are beautifully restored maintaining traditional architectural features and have independent central heating.
Accessibility
Both apartments are situated on the ground floor, but there is a small step at the entrance.
Outside
Both apartments have a patio area with table and chairs and private parking. Guests are welcome to use any part of the large garden and the swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
Our location is only 20 miles from the Adriatic Coast; 6 miles from the Lake of Cingoli and walking distance to local shop, bar and restaurant.

Conero Golf Club Sirolo please contact for telephone and address details. The Conero Golf Club is 25 miles away. Located 5 mins from the centre of Sirolo on the A14 Autostrada (Motorway). They state: The club has 2 paths. The 18 championship holes (a par 72 5.969mt long), and a wide zone at the bottom of a valley -with water obstacles and differences in height-, create the perfect scenario for situations always different. The second path Executive (9 holes par 29 1.408mt long), is ideal both for the newbees and those who want to perfect the short game. For practicing, the driving range with partially covered positions and a wide putting green. A teacher of the Federazione Italiana Golf is always available for lessons, together with a vast calendar of championships and high-level event.
Skiing
The Monti Sibillini (approx 45 mins by car), offers beautiful walks for ramblers and skiing during the winter months.
Special interest holidays
Casalba is situated in the heart of the Verdicchio wine area and we can organise visits to some of the local producers for wine-tasting/appreciation.
Travel
The 'Ancona/Falconara' airport is only 13 miles away. 25 miles to the Ancona Ferries. Car hire is strongly recommended to fully enjoy this rural and historic area.

Located exactly half-way between Jesi and Cingoli (6 miles). Places of interest within a 10 mile radius include: Apiro, Lake of Castreccioni, Mount San Vicino and Osimo. Within a 20 mile radius: Ancona, Castelfidardo, Conero with its stunning beaches, Fabriano paper museum, Frasassi Caves, Loreto, Macerata, Offagna and Senigallia. Within a 40 mile radius: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, National Park of Sibillini & Laga, Pesaro and Urbino and San Benedetto del Tronto.
Further details
In the village of San Vittore there is a restaurant, cafe/bar and a local shop. The shop has its own baker. Some vendors also visit the village (eg. fruit & veg and fish). The river Musone runs through the village which is surrounded by beautiful countryside totally dominated by vineyards. We are less than 3 miles away from the swimming pool complex Verde Azzurro and 6 miles from Eldorado which has several water slides, one of which is the longest in Europe.
