Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground level so should be accessible for elderly and young alike. Please note the we regret the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

Private garden overlooking the lake. Patio table for al fresco dining. Sun loungers to take in the sunny aspect of the garden. Olive tree and fresh herbs grown in garden for the amateur chef rustle up a fantastastic italian meal with the help of fresh, local produce for the market in the village, fish store, fruit & veg shop, bakery etc.
Private off road parking immediately outside the property.
Coast/Beach
3 minutes drive from lake front with shingle beach, bars & restaurants or 10 minutes walk. 10 mins drive to golden sand man made beach. Recommendations supplied on request or with each booking!!

Menaggio golf course 30 mins drive...George Clooney is a member!
Skiing
1 & 1.5 hours from ski resorts (Northern Italy or Switzerland...St Moritz).

10 minutes walk to the local shops, restaurants, bars, bank etc From the funicular, just 5 minutes away, you can view the lake from the sky! Situated just 20 minutes from world famous Villa Carlotta with its majestic gardens and breathtaking lake views! From the authentic lakeside village of Argegno you can take the ferry or bus service to all parts of the lake from Bellagio to Menaggio or to Como! The apartment is also ideal for walkers, hikers and the val d'intelvi are situated close to the home. Superb local restaurants situated here in the village from fine dining to rustic Italian, pizzerias and lake fish speciality trattorias. Cafe bars a plenty including the ever popular Cafe Columbo with it's nightly complimentary buffet and excellent wine selection to welcome you. The fruit and veg store, bakery and home made ice cream store are reminiscent of a by gone age with personal service and fresh produce second to none. The shingle beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun, grab a slice of perfectly baked pizza or take a dip in the lake! The village also boats amenities such a chemist and post office and is proud of it's historical roman roots where time is scarcely spoiled this pretty fishing village. On a sunday cyclists and motorcyclists flock to the village to enjoy a coffee, ice cream or soak up the unique village atmosphere where you are more likely to mix with the locals rather than hoards of tourists. The apartment has every home comfort and made our stay in Lake Como one we will treasure forever. Very convenient to have the luxury of two bathrooms, the kitchen is well stocked and beds very comfortable.
