Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property(s) per week/per day in Euros. The heating is an additional cost (only from last days of October to March): at most 5 euro a day for Papavero and Ginestra; 8 euro a day for Spiga. The washing machine costs 4 euro for 1 wash.

Changeover day
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00.
Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday. In low season is possible stay from every day of the week (at least 2 nights).

Apartment Spiga (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)

It’s the largest apartment and it’s upstairs. At the entrance there is a terrace with a great view. The terrace is covered by wooden beamed ceiling and there are table with chairs. The apartment includes one big living-room kitchen very equipped, a complete bathroom, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk-bed. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and Volterra’s alabaster.

Apartment Papavero (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

In front of the independent entrance there is a wide veranda with table and chairs. The veranda has wooden beamed ceiling. The apartment includes a living-room kitchen very equipped,with double-sofa bed, a boxroom, a complete bathroom, and one double bedroom. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and Volterra’s alabaster.

Apartment Ginestra (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

In front of the independent entrance there is a gazebo with table and chairs. The apartment includes a living-room kitchen very equipped, with double-sofa bed, a boxroom, a complete bathroom for disabled, and one double bedroom. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and Volterra’s alabaster.

Notes on accommodation
Each apartment has satellite TV, a kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer, oven and cooker. It's a very suitable place for the children.

Accessibility
Apartment Ginestra is adapted for wheelchairs users.

Outside
Agriturismo La Fonte is surrounded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. Outside there is a swimming pool (6x 12 mt) with hydromassage system on one of the corner and there is a big olive grove all around. The swimming pool is shared. There is also a barbeque-area where you can eat. The parking-area is covered.

Coast/Beach
The cost is 45 minutes by car (Cecina, Bibbona or Tirrenia)

Golf
There's a golf course in Castelfalfi, about 8 Km from the farmhouse.

The nearest airport is the international airport "Galileo Galilei" in Pisa. It's 45 minutes by car.

Distances
Agriturismo La Fonte is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra (10 minutes by car), famous Etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano (20 mins by car), famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. You can easly visit the most important towns of Florence (60 mins by car), Siena (60 minus by car), Pisa (45 mins by car), Lucca (60 minutes by car). The sea is at just 45 mins by car and a riding track is at just 5 mins.

Further details
Volterra's area is very interesting for it's etruscan, roman and medieval history. There are museums, art galleries, typical shops, and typical restaurants where traditional tuscan meals are cooked.San Gimignano is a medioeval bourg , famous in all the world, for its high medioeval towers.
