Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
In case of a cancellation, cancellation fees apply: up to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price, later than 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total rental price (i.e. reservation deposit).
Nearest airport: Pisa - Ryanair (32km). The property is very accessible from the airports at Pisa and Florence which gives you the choice of flying from locations throughout the UK and also allows you to take advantage of the many low.

The living room contains dining table, seating for 6 people, 2 seater settee, LCD Flat screen TV complete with DVD player and 100 DVDs to watch. There is also a stereo/MP3 player. The living room is fitted with hand crafted crystal light fittings. |

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the second floor. Access is gained via the original stone staircase. For the more helderly and people with walking difficulties this apartment would not be suitable
Outside
There is a shared swimming pool between the 9 apartments. The pool is not heated which is very common due to the high temperatures.

The nearest port is (West Coast) Livorno, 40 kms.
Golf
Golf is available within a 30 minute drive.
The spectacular Castelfalfi Golf course is within easy driving distance.
Skiing
Sking is available at Lucca approx. 90 minutes drive.

Booking notes
Prices are for the property per week. Services included are: water, gas, electricity, final clean and weekly change of bed and bathroom linen. An additional cost will be added in the winter for the cost of the gas used.
50% reservation deposit (bank transfer) at the time of reservation, 50% balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. 200 euros security deposit which is given back on the day of check-out if there are no damages to the premises.
