Bedroom 3 kingsize bed, with patio doors opening out onto pool area. Fans in all rooms. Cot. Internet available. Washing machine, dishwasher, freezer. En-suite shower room to bedroom 1 with shower, wc, bidet. Second shower room on landing to service other bedrooms with shower, wc and bidet. Large fully equipped kitchen, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Large working open fireplace, comfortable suite, 2 x 2 seater settees and 3 seater settee which converts into a large double bed. TV, DVD player and DVDs, CD/radio. Dining area, with large table, seats 8 people, room opens out on to a portico through French doors, overlooking the woodland and is very private. Bed/cot linen, towels and beach towels are provided, if staying for more than 1 week it will be replaced with clean linen. Property is cleaned before arrival.

Detached Annexe

The Annex is not let during peak period, it is occupied by the owner. Livingroom with woodburning fire, 3 seater settee which converts to double bed and 2 seater settee. Kitchenette/dining area with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dining area, table seating for 4. Spiral staircase, bedroom with kingsize bed, shower room.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating, fans in rooms, hairdryer provided, a selection of games and books etc available for use. Internet available. On arrival welcome pack.
