Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible, times arrive 15.00 and departure 10.00. we can be flexible on times and dates depending on other bookings, please enquire. If both properties are booked out as one let the arrival time 16.00 and departure 10.00.
Notes on accommodation
Bed & Breakfast accommodation availability please enquire via email. The pool is child friendly with fence and locks on gates to pool area. If you wish to book the Annex out of season we can accommodate additional people in the main house ie. disabled or persons unable to climb the stairs for use of the toilet and bathroom facilities. This is also ideal if you have elderly parents who wish to have a separate room and bed, please enquire for price and details.

Skiing is approximately 45 mins away in Sarnano great for all standards, learners can enjoy the quiet slopes.

Caldarola 2 miles by car has restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, supermarket, banks, and all local shops ie. butcher, baker, chemist, deli. fruit/veg, market on Friday. Castle, theatre. Tolentino 20 mins by car has a large supermarket and is a larger town and tourist area with many restaurants and bars. Bookings can also be taken if you require holistic and beauty treatments at the local retreat. please ask for details.

Many thanks for all your efforts to make our holiday such a success - we really did enjoy your fantastic villa, the setting, facilities and pool were just lovely. It was great for the kids, the games inside and out just made it ideal would thoroughly recommend you to others. The area of Le Marche was a gem and we did really enjoy finding all the local towns and villages.

02/08/09 We spent a really nice week in Casa Santancini (Annex) it is a beautiful house with views we will never forget. Dawn is very friendly and is very helpful with information of the region. 08/08/09 After more than 15 visits in Tuscany and Umbria, we found this marvellous place in Le Marche, charming, quiet and lovely, we have spent 8 wonderful days here and will recommend this beautiful part of Italy.

My name is Dawn, my husband Mark and I have had the property since 2004, we originally come from Stoke on Trent, England, we have been renting the house in Italy since 2006. I look after the property myself when guests are here, making sure the property is clean and looking at its best. I am a qualified Reflexology practitioner and have studied Reiki and massage, so if you are in need of a little relaxation treatment to kick start your holiday Reflexology will do the job, just ask.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
Le Marche is an unspoiled rural party of Italy, with its green landscape, fields filled with grape vines, poppies, sunflowers and old stone buildings, in the distance the towns built on hills, with views that can not be captured by a camera, the village streets have narrow cobble stone lanes, the house fronts have the most beautiful pots and baskets filled with plants, and the doors are so picturesque. The relaxed way of life is most appealing, that's what brought Mark and I to Le Marche, less traffic, less crime, bars and restaurants that are cheap and cheerful, the food is delicious and healthy and the people are friendly. Casa Santancini is on the outskirts of the rural village of Cessapalombo, just 2 miles away is Caldarola which has most things you need to have a relaxing holiday.

If you wish to come and just relax, we can pick you up at the Airport and taxi you around local areas, also maid service can be at hand, and meals can be made for you if required. If it's your honeymoon or a quiet romantic break or a well earned family holiday we can make you comfortable. Everyone who has been so far has been overwhelmed with the views and tranquil setting, the well looked after gardens and clean pool, the house is very well equipped to make your holiday go smoothly, I am also at hand to give you information and tips for eating out and visiting the local area.
