This Agritourism is on the top of a hill with a 360° scenic views. The white road that approach the Agritourism, crosses plain fields with a row of young cypresses on the edges, before climbing the hill where through a woodland of pines and cypresses, the top is reached. There is parking in the shade for cars and a stairway to bring guests to the courtyard that surrounds the main building. Here you can find the reception, the old oven and a portico where guests can escape the sun’s burning rays.

It is possible to reach the motorway junction and railway station in 15 minutes, the international Pisa airport is 30 minutes.
Distances
The major places of cultural interest such as Firenze, Siena, Lucca, S. Gimignano, Volterra and the Tirrenian seaside from Viareggio to Follonica in 40/50 minute drive.
Booking notes
The prices are referred to one week of rent with the arrival Saturday between 15.00 and 19.00 hours and leaving the apartment the next Saturday within the 10.00. In case of early or late arrival/departure, the client is requested to inform the owner.
The prices in Euros, are inclusive of linen, consumption of gas, electricity, water, winter heating and final cleaning.
Excluded is the baby cot at 15 Euros - per week if requested.
