It has 3 spacious, air conditioned double bedrooms (1 with twin beds), and can sleep 7. There are 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment has its own secure garage and plenty of private outdoor space for eating and relaxing. The beautiful white sand and rocky beaches of the Ionian Sea are just 100m away. The village’s excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants are a few minutes’ easy walk from the apartment, and Brindisi airport, to which budget airline Ryanair operates 3 flights per week from London Stansted, is 1 hour’s drive.

Deposit: We also respectfully ask for a returnable deposit of 150 euros (£100) in advance to cover any breakages or damage. The balance will be refunded within two weeks of the end of your stay.

The apartment is ideal for children and, because it is arranged over 2 floors, is ideal for 2 families to be self-contained. The safe, clean beach is very close and the village's main amenities are within a few minutes' easy walk.

Coast/Beach
The water at Torre San Giovanni is clean and safe for swimming and bathing. Parts of the beach are rocky and other areas are of beautiful fine sand, perfect for families. The apartment is 100m from the sea.
Travel
The nearest airport is at Brindisi, 1 hour's drive away. It is an easy straightforward journey. Ryanair operates 3 flights per week from London Stansted to Brindisi.
Distances
The beautiful golden Baroque city of Lecce, the regional capital, is 45 minutes' drive. Much closer are such interesting, historic towns as Gallipoli and Otranto and the delightful resort of Santa Maria di Leuca, which is at the end of the peninsula.

There is a delightful trattoria only 100m from the apartment, and the rest of the resort's many amenities are within an easy, level walk.
