Casa Petra e Franco is part of the villa in our beautiful residence Corte Ferrari and is surrounded by flowers, olive trees and vineyards with beautiful views over Lake Garda. The residence is beautifully refined and welcoming and has a wonderful swimming pool area. Although part of our residence, the apartment is in our villa and is set aside from the other apartments we have, offering a haven of privacy and tranquillity. We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and scooter hire. In fact, we would say that you can come and stay at our residence and never need the car! The apartment is spacious and luxuriously furnished and has balconies overlooking the lake and a small private garden.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Euro. We can accommodate you also for periods of less than one week. We will confirm prices on request. €150/or equivalent in other currencies Refundable Security Deposit payable upon arrival. Price includes: full use of all of our facilities including bike hire and the swimming pool, all bed linen and towels, water, electricity, gas and air-conditioning, final cleaning (we ask to leave the kitchen cleaned) on departure. There are NO extras to pay.
Changeover day
Saturday is our normal changeover day, but we can accommodate you also for periods of less than one week. We will confirm prices on request.

Fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with automatic ice and water dispenser. With both a breakfast bar and dining table, the separate kitchen area is well sized for the largest of families. |

Large dining table from where you can see through the balcony doors to the vineyards and beyond to the lake. As well as a large sofa comfortably seating 6 persons there is a television, DVD player and stereo system. |

Towels and linen are included in the price. We change them once a week. Final Cleaning is included in the price. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Each room has independent temperature control (for use in winter) and underfloor heating.

Accessibility
The apartment is at the ground floor, every door is wide enough to pass with a wheelchair and one bathroom has been specially constructed and adapted for wheelchair users incuding the bath.
Outside
Casa Petra e Franco overlloks the swimming pool - ideal for parents to keep an eye on the kids! The pool is shared between the 14 apartments in the residence, and has plenty of space to relax. There are sunloungers and parasols for use.
There is also a childrens's play area close by. Shared BBQ facilities for all of our guests. There is private parking in our residence. Private garden with a set of table and chairs.
You can also take a walk from the vineyard where 'Chiaretto' (a sort of rosè) was born!
Coast/Beach
Our residence is only 5 mins walk away from the fantastic beach, where you can swim, scuba dive, windsurf and even rent a boat!
Golf
There are a 3 quality golf-courses near Moniga del Garda, the closest being 5 minutes away.
Travel
The nearest airports to our residence are Brescia (Ryanair) 45 mins, Verona (BA) 60 minutes and Milan Bergamo (Ryanair) 80 mins. On arrival at our residence, the use of a car is not essential.
Distances
The railway station and motorway A4 are only 20 mins away. You can take the train or drive to the following places: Venice (169 km), Milan (130km), Verona (50km) and Mantova (60km).
Further details
The centre of Moniga del Garda is dominated by the medieval castle, which nowadays contains homes. As well as its historical value, Moniga also offers excellent facilities including a bank, post-office, and tourist information office. The surrounding area is known as The Valtenesi and is an area dominated by terraces of olive trees and vineyards. The region is dotted with castles, villas and small villages and is renowned for its olive oil and wine, especially Chiaretto and Rosso! We have bikes available so why not make a tour of the local countryside. Or take a short stroll to the beach where you can swim or hire a boat (rappydrive). The south of Lake Garda has plenty for all the family to see and do, so why not take a trip to Gardaland, the largest theme park in Italy or one of the many water parks (Caneva, Alto Mincio) or botanical gardens (Parco Natura Viva, Giardino Sigurtà). There is plenty to do if you love water sports and we even have golf courses close by. Moniga del Garda is also an excellent base if you want to take a day-trip to Venice, Milan, Verona and Mantova. Why not visting "Il vittoriale" in Gardone or "Santa Giulia Museum" in Brescia? And to relax yourself, you can spend one day at the Aquaria in Sirmione: the best spa of the area is only 20 minutes from Moniga del Garda!
Booking notes
All prices include full use of all of our facilities including bike hire and the swimming pool. All bed linen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity; gas and air-conditioning are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included. To book, contact me via email and I will confirm availability. 30% deposit is to be paid when booking and the balance 4 weeks before arriving.
