The property (120 mt) sleeps 6 and can be taken by parties of up to 7, plus a collapsible cot making 8. Renovated with exposed beams and floor board upstairs.
Ground floor: large drawing room with ample supply of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area is large, bright and airy with a wooden table that comfortably seats 8 and direct access onto the terrace through a full length glazed door. The homely kitchen is well equipped and stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, coffee-pot, food processor, microwave, expresso coffee maker, dishes, etc. Shower/bath with inclusive WC.

Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (3rd bed possible) + 1 bathroom w. tub/shower and WC. Sofabed in the landing.
Independent central heating. Air conditioning and standing fans. The garden in the rear (160 sq.m) is for exclusive use of guests and comes with patio furniture.
Sheltered barbecue, perfect for eating out in the shade.

The beaches, only 3 miles away (10 minutes drive), have opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and have panoramic views of the coast for miles away.

Golf
The Rocco Forte Verdura Golf & Spa Resort with two championship golf courses (distance to AlVivaio / Verdetecnica 10 kms) is currently scheduled to open in 2008.

"If you're looking for a relaxing place with all amenties situated on a beautiful stretch of Sicily this one is a must. The houses are absolutely lovely decorated and very well equipped. Everything was in a very good state: kitchen appliances, bath room, beds and matresses, the garden with the children playground ... you name it. The pictures on the Internet can't really capture the atmosphere, it's even better in reality. Our hosts were absolutely amicable and helpful: from free-of-charge international phone calls to Internet via DSL, tips for restaurants, sight-seeing, shopping and so on.
