Why this location?
We have 3 children and love the area because of the easy access to the mountains and beach for running, walking and just chilling out with the kids. We often use the property, and rarely have to use the car, as even walking up Donard is easily done from the house. The other advantage is that in the evening the house is only a short walk back from the many lovely restaurants and bars in the town.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Everyone who stays here comments on how comfortable and relaxing it is. The house has good outdoor space in the private garden for BBQs on sunny days, and cosy in the winter with the wood burning stove. It is truly a home from home with a well equipped kitchen, books, guides and games. There is also 2 TVs/DVD CD player (with our CD collection!!) and ipod docking station.
