Tralee town is 20 min away and Kerry airport, with links to Stansted and Manchester airports 40 mins. Killarney with its lakes and National Park is but 1hrs drive. Several pubs within 20 mins drive provide the Craic and good food of Ireland!

Level site easily accessible from car parked near doors both front and back entrances.
Outside
Large lawns to front and rear-roadway at front. Very little traffic-rural area.
Coast/Beach
One mile from main coast road to Ballyheigue and Banna-10 min drive in either direction. Both beaches good for walking/surfing/swimming. Both blue flag beaches. Lifeguard in attendance at Ballyheigue during summer months.
Golf
Golf courses at Ballyheigue and Ardfert 10 min drive away. Ballybunnion and Tralee courses 45 min and 20 min drive away respectively.
Travel
40 mins drive to Kerry airport with twice daily flights to Stansted airport with Ryanair all year. Once weekly flights to Manchester from Kerry during much of the year also. Links to Germany via Franfurt-Hahn all year also. Car hire available from airport and in Tralee town also. Bus and train services from Ferry port at Rosslair/Dublin port to Tralee town centre.
Distances
20 mins drive - 11miles - to Tralee town, with Rose of Tralee festival, in August each year. 12th century Abbey at Ardfert 10 mins drive. 30 mins drive to Listowel, with its writer's week and other arts festivals. Killarney town and National park, Muckross House and lakes is 1hrs. drive away, buses and trains travel regularly from Tralee.

Supermarkets, post offices, pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, internet cafe, pharmacies, doctor's surgery are all within 10 mins drive both in Ballyheigue and Ardfert. Kerry general hospital in Tralee has A/E Unit.
