Notes on accommodation
Central heating and electricity is free during weeks commencing June, July and August. Weeks commencing April, May and September, there is a charge of £20 (30 euro) per week. Weeks commencing October through to March, there is a charge of £40 (60 euro) per week.

Distances
Fethard-On-Sea village centre one mile. New Ross 18 miles (25 minutes). Waterford City 30 minutes via Car ferry. Wexford Town 40 minutes drive.

Local supermarket opens late and sells most items. Pub food available in the village. Take away restaurant in the village.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 100 euros or £70 secures your booking. Balance of payment required 30 days prior to letting period. If booking is taken within 30 days of letting period, payment will be required in full at time of booking. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to your letting period, no refund will be offered unless property is re-let.
