Exceptional porperty overlooking Kenmare Bay, only 2 miles from this picturesque and popular town. The house is one of 2 houses developed on 14 acres of land elevated to take maximum advantage of the beautiful views of Kenmare Town, the bay and the surrounding mountain. The property is finished to a very high standard, and has a lovely open plan living area, the house eventhought having 2 bedrooms is spacious, as the total area is 1500 sq. ft. All room are large and spacious, and the bathrooms have whirlpool baths, the property is very quiet and private, and it also has electronic gates at the main road which gives added security and peace of mind. In recent years, we have therefore newly built or carefully restored, and lovingly furnished and fitted out a small number of Self Catering properties in or near Kenmare town, which are all different some are rural and enjoy fantastic views, some are closer to town, we have a property to suit everyone, if Kenmare is the place you want to be.

Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros.
For a two week stay we offer a 10% discount if there is no full cleaning envolved, just removal of refuse, and dropping linen & towels, for a 3 week stay we offer a 15% discount. For longer stay during off season, we usually do a buy 1 week get the next week for half price, this is Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, Dec excluding Christmas and New Year.
Changeover day
Our changeover day is Saturday in the main season, but we do keep an open mind during off season, and also do short breaks during the winter season.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, enuite with jacuzzi bath with shower overhead, this room has views of Kenmare Bay & Mountains. Bedroom 2 again has the same facilities, the views from this room are mountain views. |

| Kitchen: | The Kitchen is fully intergrated, with 6 ring gas stove / oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, wash / dryer, microwave, it has a breakfast counter, it is open plan with the living area, door lead out the the large patio. |
| Living Rooms: | Large open plan living dining area with seating for 6, again enjoying the views. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The house is cleaned on each party leaving, a set of linen and towels are provided, if guests are staying for a few weeks we can clean every Saturday, or just collect refuse, if we do not have to clean during a stayover, we discount the cleaning costs. |

Accessibility
The property is perfect for people with mobility problems, as everything is on the same floor, the problem for wheelchair users is that bathrooms are that they do not have the appropriate Grab rails, but are spacious.
Outside
There gardens are fully landscaped, we have seating for 6 witha parasol, There are the most spectacular views, enjoy a nice white and watch the day go by, weather providing of course.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches with in driving distance, the nearest Beach (pebble) is Coss strand, which is 6 miles away, there are some lovely sandy beaches on the ring of Kerry, approx 30 miles from the property.
Golf
There are 2 courses nearby, both 18 hole, Kenmare Golf Club and the Ring of Kerry, as well as plent of courses nearby.

Rosslare Port approx 150 miles

The property is 2.5 miles from the popolar town of Kenmare, where there are plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops.
