Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. There are no additional electricity costs or linen costs for the duration of your stay.
Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday. We kindly ask guests to vacate the property before 11am, if at all possible, in order to afford the cleaners time to adequately and comprehensively prepare for our next guests. Check-in time is generally 3pm.

Bedroom 1 (Master) on suite with 1 x double bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 x double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds (suitable for children or young adults). |

The master bedroom has an en suite toilet and electric shower There is a main toilet and bath (with shower) upstairs and an understairs toilet downstairs. |
| Kitchen: |
A fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fridge, kettle, pots and pans and ample crockery and cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious living area has a large TV, DVD and video player and there is a selection of DVDs and videos to view. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Cleaning, towel and linen changes are carried out once per week. |

Outside
There is an enclosed garden (approx 6m x 8m) to the rear in which childern can play safely. There is also a table and bench type seating for 8 ideal - for those sunny al fresco days. There is a wooden bench at the front of the house which catches the sun all afternoon and late into the evening.
Golf
Dunmore East has its own Golf Course which overlooks the estuary and is less than 5 mins drive from the house.
Travel
Waterford Airport is a small regional airport 10min drive from Dunmore and has regular flights to and from London Luton, Manchester and Birmingham. Rosslare is the nearest car ferry and is 93Km (about 1hr 20m travelling time).
Distances
Waterford City is 15 minutes by Car and has all the facilities offered by a regional capital - Cinemas, shopping centers, cultural activities and is home to the world famous Waterford Crystal. A bus service operates between Dunmore East and Waterford City.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 (€200) is required and may be sent to the address above to secure your booking. The remainder of the letting fee must be paid on arrival. A confirmation letter/email of deposit will be sent to you on receipt of the deposit.
