Coast/Beach
The Ballycastle/Antrim coast area is one of the major tourist destinations in Northern Ireland. It is designated as an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The Area includes attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery, The Glens of Antrim and Glenariff Forest Park to name but a few. Ballycastle Town is home to two European Blue Flag facilities; it's beach and it's marina.
Golf
Ballycastle boasts an 18 hole, links Golf Club, a 9 hole Golf Club is also nearby in the village of Cusendall. The world famous 'Royal Portrush' Links Golf course is also only a 45 minute drive away, along the scenic 'Antrim Coast Road.'

In addition to Golf, Ballycastle also offers a range of leisure and sports activities including tennis, walking and sailing. There are 5 grass and 6 all-weather tennis courts in the town. Trout and salmon angling are catered for through the districts 3 river networks. For walkers, key walks in the area include the 'Moyle Way', 'Cusendall Cliff Path', 'Giants Causeway Coast Way', 'Glenariff River Walk' to mention but a few. Sailing and boat trips to Rathlin Island are offered on a daily basis.

Ballycastle is close to major surfing beaches on the North Antrim Coast such as White Rocks Beach, Portrush West and East Strands and White Park Bay. Rathlin Island, is located between Scotland and Ireland and is a short boat trip away. Rathlin is popular with bird watchers, geologists, botanists, deep sea divers and sea anglers.

Changeover day, Saturday. A booking deposit of £100 is required to secure requested dates. A £100 damage deposit is required upon arrival, to be returned at the end of the rental period.
