Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day. Departing time of 11am and arrival time of 3pm. Exceptions of changeover day at Christmas and New Year. However we will be flexible where possible.

Outside
Large enclosed garden with off road parking. Garden tables and benches for residence use, where the sea can be viewed to the west and the mountains to the east.
Coast/Beach
Walk to the village (400 metres) for a stroll on the promenade and beach. Ballinskelligs sandy Blue Flag beach approx 10 minute drive away. Absorb the breathtaking view to Derrynane Beach and National Park just 7 miles away.
Golf
World famous 18 hole championship Waterville golf course has with distinguished guests such as Tiger Woods, is a short 5 minute drive. While the new Waterville Lake 18 hole golf course is a 5 minute drive to the opposite side of the village and more reasonably priced. Stunning views from both and both are excellent courses.
Travel
Farranfore Airport, 1 hour drive where Ryanair fly into Kerry from Stansted, Liverpool and Frankfurt while Aer Arann from Lorient, Manchester and Dublin. Car hire can be arranged at the airport. Cork airport is 2 hours drive and trains from Cork and Dubln regularly travel to Killarney approx. 1 hour drive from the Waterville. Dublin - 5 hours drive.
