Booking notes
£100 non-refundable deposit on booking. balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. We also require a £150/150 euro deposit for damages and breakages. This will be returned one week after departure following inspection. A deduction will also be made if additional cleaning is required or bins are not placed outside for collection. We specify that there are NO pets allowed and smoking is NOT permitted. If these instructions are ignored then deposit will be forfeited.
