The water centre at Derrynane Pier is only a short distance from the house where most of the outdoor water activities start from. The area is also very well known for deep sea fishing.

The house is located approximately 2 Kilometres before the village of Castlecove on the N70 from the direction of Sneem on the Ring of Kerry. When leaving Killarney drive in the direction of Sneem and its about 10 kilometres from the town of Sneem in the direction of Caherdaniel. The house is about 300 yards before the white Strand beach of Castlecove on the right hand side of the road.
