Very well suited to children as the property is situated in the private grounds of Rathnullan House Hotel with small windy roads and speed ramps for extra safety. Not accessible to main traffic. 500 yards walk to beach via direct access through hotel grounds. 5 minutes walk to Rathmullan village and all amenities eg pubs, restaurants, shops etc
