Owner profile
About the owner
As I cannot make up my mind between Southern Ireland and the Easter Algarve I commute between the two each year. I have owned property in the latter since 2003. Both locations are unspoilt, the people unspoilt and they offer something special.
I live on my own with a naughty but lovable little Portuguese rescue dog who at this stage is extremely well travelled.
Finding and renovating property has always been the love of my live so all my properties are individual and furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Year purchased: 2002
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Buddleia Cottage sits amongst the most heavenly countryside imaginable. It is built on the South side of a hill, facing South and has wonderful sweeping views. When I bought it it housed sheep and where the living room is now was once a sheep dip!
Perfect peace and quiet with only birdsong to spoil it.
Unique benefits of the property
Buddliea Cottage enjoys a unique microclimate being situated facing South on the South side of a hill. The cottage itself has plenty of large, double glazed windows and French doors to maximise any sun that blesses the area!
The garden is safe and spacious and there is plenty of car parking space.
