The original cottage is now three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Built onto this is the living area incorporating a galley style kitchen with granite work surfaces and a small utility room housing all the appliances and sink. The sitting area is spacious and high ceilinged and leads into a new conservatory/dining room. French doors from the living room and conservatory lead onto a spacious south facing terrace. The whole property is warm and bursting with light. The garden is post and railed and has a large graveled parking area and a simple lawn.

Wonderful sandy beaches within 20 miles.

3 miles from scenic Coolattin golf course (18 holes). 10 miles from Mounty Wolsey chaimpionship course and 18 miles from the spectacular, challenging Leinster Hills championship course. Visitors welcome at all. Bonus: Two full sets of clubs and trolleys available at the house..........One ladies one gents.

Travel
Dublin airport 55 miles and an hour and a half away. Waterford airport similar distance but less in terms of time. Rosslare ferry port one hour away and Dun Laoghaire an hour and a quarter.
Distances
Two miles to Shilleagh village. Two pubs and supermarket/garage. A mile and a half to Parkbridge village. Wonderful traditonal pub and shop and petrol pump.
Further details
This is a wonderful rural retreat. Two miles to the nearby famous Wicklow Way walk (linking Dublin and Clonegal). Riding/hunting close by.
Booking notes
10% deposit with booking and balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Can be paid in sterling equivalent in the UK.
