At 400 and 500 sq.ft they comprise a stylish and bright living/dining/kitchen area at the front of the building (south facing), separate bedroom and a modern bathroom. With high ceilings and old timber beams they are bright and offer a very pleasant space for you to enjoy. Relax and take in the beautiful surroundings from your stylish base in the heart of the town. Notes on prices
Prices are given in euros on weekly basis.
We do accept bookings for shorter stays. See our website for prices. The minimum stay is two nights. Christmas, Easter and Irish Bank Holiday prices are at peak season rates.
Changeover day
Peak Season: Preferably Saturday, however we are flexible. Other, please enquire.

Accessibility
Situated in the centre of town with easy access to shops, pubs, restaurants. The apartments are located on the first and top floor of a restored building and has all the character and charm, therefore the access is by stairs only. The stairs are wide and comfortable as can be viewed in our photo gallery. We regret that there is no wheelchair access.
Outside
Sufficient on and off street parking is available within 100m of the apartment. There is no parking charge on the streets.
Coast/Beach
Within 5-10 minutes driving of several beaches.
Golf
10 minutes driving from the Dingle Links golf course Ceann Sibeal in Ballyferriter.

Activities or attractions include: Boating (Fungi, Blasket Islands, Eco and Whale Watching Tours), Kayaking, Sailing, Angling, Diving, Surfing, Swimming (safe beaches), Golf (8 miles), Pitch and Putt (1 mile), Aquarium, Climbing Wall and Horse riding and, of course, extensive beautiful walking ways. The area attracts a wealth of artists (Photographers, painters) and crafts people. Not to forget about Film, Taste and Music festivals.

Airports - Dublin 360km/223 miles. Cork 155km/96 miles. Shannon Airport 167 km/103 miles (new tunnel since 2010 bypassing Limerick and reducing travel time by 20 minutes) via Limerick 165km/103 miles via Ennis and Killimer/Tarbert Ferry.

In our Escape to Dingle apartments we hope you will truly enjoy a relaxing and/or a romantic time. You are in the heart of an Irish Town with its own unique atmosphere, its exceptional location surrounded by one of the worlds most beautiful landscapes. The Dingle area is great for walking, hiking and cycling (there are several Rent a Bike outlets in town). The Peninsula has a substantial Heritage Trail, with a Museum in Ballyferriter. Visit the Blasket Centre, combined with a visit to the Island which inspired many writers and artists. There are numerous Crafts to be admired and tried yourself: Pottery, Music, Painting, Photography. Visit the galleries. Enjoy the Irish language. Eat and drink in some of our acclaimed restaurants and many cafes. Beauty and health treatments are available around town. And last but not least, enjoy the music, in the pubs, at music workshops or during the performances in St James Church (Other Voices) with traditional and both local and international acclaimed artists.

The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date, if booked within 6 weeks of arrival time, we require immediate full payment. Owner profile
About the owner
The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated town house, designed by Steve, who has his architecture practice on the first floor. Steve moved here from Dublin in the mid nineties, having spent many summer holidays in Kerry going back to his early childhood. Rachel arrived in Dingle as a tourist. We met and more than 10 years later are settled in Dingle, living just up the road from the apartment.
