Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros and UK Pounds.
The following holiday period rates apply subject to confirmation. St. Patrick's weekend 600 Euros, October weekend 600 Euros, Easter weekend 600 Euros, Christmas - New Year week 850 Euros. Normal weekend rates (Friday - Monday) are available from Oct to March for 350 Euros. Oil and electricity are charged as extras - 8 Euros per day Jun-Aug, 10 Euros per day other times. 150 Euros (£100) refundable damage deposit.
Changeover day
During peak seasons, the changeover day is Saturday and can be only booked on a weekly basis. This is negotiable during off-peak times depending on the booking arrangement. Departure time is 10am and arrival time is after 2pm.

Kinsale is home to many craft shops. It a beautiful fishing town and is a haven for sailors, fishermen and water sports enthusiasts.
The local pubs regularly host live music and folk sessions. The restaurants (gourmet capital of Ireland) are very highly rated and seafood caught locally is a speciality.

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
