House is in picturesque Rosbrin Cove overlooking Roaring Water Bay. Boatyard beside harbour where it is possible to hire boat/yacht. Plenty of scenic walks. Cycle routes signposted. Harbour village of Schull nearby, pubs, restaurants, sailing/kayak courses. Golf courses in nearby Skibbereen and Bantry both 20 mins drive. Small beach nearby to walk to or drive 25 mins to Barley Cove beach for surf.

Notes on accommodation
House is very suited to children with large garden and tarmacadam driveway.

Outside
Large sheltered patio that gets sun all day. Outdoor furniture table and chairs, bench, lounging chairs and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
I am 10 minutes from small beaches, great for smaller kids as no waves and older kids to jump in off rocks. Also 20 and 30 minutes to 2 large sandy beaches. Barlycove beach is a beautiful natural sandy beach and is great for a walk and a nice drink and a sandwich in Crookhaven village afterwards.

Golf
Bantry Bay golf course is overlooking Bantry Bay with panoramic sea views and has been listed in Ireland's top 10. It is 20 minutes drive away. Skibbereen is also 20 mins away. Kenmare courses are about an hours drive.

Travel
Car essential. Cork airport is an hour and 30 minutes to the house. Cork City is an hour and 45 minutes. Rosslare port is 3 to 4 hours, and Dublin is approx 4 and a half hours by car.

Distances
Bantry and Skibbereen, which are large towns are 20 minutes away by car. Schull is a picturesque seaside village and is 3 miles away. Ballydehob 2 miles.

Further details
Local shop in Ballydehob at the Petrol station stays open till 10pm every night and supplies most essential even a DVD.

Booking notes
25% deposits must be paid to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. Breakage/cleaning deposit charge of €200 payable on arrival refunded on departure once house has been checked and is in order. Heating and electricity are extra charged as per meter.
