This seaside house is in a superb location, nestled between mountains and the sea. Views of the Atlantic Ocean and Kerry Mountains. This house is built in traditional style in a small private cluster of houses. Ballinskelligs is a small fishing village with long quiet sandy beach. Boat trips run from here to the famous Skelligs Rocks. The famous Waterville and Skellig Bay golf courses are within 10km. Also within a short drive are the picturesque village of Portmagee, the town of Caherciveen and Valentia Island as well as the Cill Rialaig artist's village. Horse riding, fishing and wonderful countryside walks are just some of the local amenities.

Travel
Farrenfore (Kerry) airport is 1 hour away (connections to London Stansted, Dublin, Frankfurt, Manchester, Lorient). Car hire can be arranged at the airport and would be recommended. Cork and Shannon Airports are circa 2 hours drive. Closest train station is in Killarney which is 1 hours drive away. Cork Ferry Port is 2 hours away.

Distances
Caherciveen is 15 min drive. Waterville is 15 min drive. Caherdaniel is 30 min drive. Kilorglin is 50 min drive. Killarney is 1 hour's drive. Kenmare is 1 hour's drive.

Two good pubs/restaurants, Cill Rialaig Art Gallery/Cafe, local mini-market, post office and petrol station are all within 10 minutes walk of the house. Golfing, Fishing, Horse-riding, Boat-trips, Kerry-way walk, Ring of Kerry, Skelling Ring, Valentia Island, Famine Village, Skellig Rock, Traditional Music Nights etc are all within easy reach of Ballinskelligs.
