The beautiful fishing villages of Glandore and Union Hall are also within short driving distance 2.5miles and 5 miles. The house is ideally placed for exploring the coastline of West Cork, Close to Baltimore where Ferries operate hourly to the nearby Islands of Cape Clear and Sherkin. The Warren Beach, Ownahincha Beach offer safe bathing and golden sands Pitch & Putt, tennis, pony trekking, kayaking, fishing all available locally. Pedal boat rowing dinghies are available for hire at the lagoon with playground nearby. Selection of restaurants and pubs with nightly entertainment in Rosscarbery village.

Bed Linen included. House is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Towels can be supplied at an additional charge of €5.00 per set. There is no maid service, house must be left in clean condition on departure.

Notes on accommodation
The house is suitable for children with extensive gardens to front and rear, enclosed by high gates at the entrance. Cot and highchair available. Fire alarms are fitted throughout the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Various rubbish bins are provided to facilitate recycling. The house is heated by oil fired central heating. No Pets.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is facilitated by a downstairs double bedroom and bathroom.

Outside
Large gardens and playing areas to front and rear of the house. A walled fruit and vegetable garden with seasonal produce for visitors use. Patio area with BBQ, tables and chairs. Beautiful views .

Coast/Beach
A choice of safe, sandy Blue Flag beaches within a few minutes drive from the House. The Warren strand and Owenahincha beach 2miles. Both beaches have life-Guard on duty during summer season. Other popular beaches within short driving distance include The Long Strand and Inchodonney beach. Pedal boats, rowing dinghies and canoes are available for hire and sailing lessons are available.

Golf
Pitch and Putt course at Warren Beach, 2Km from house. Golf range in Rosscrbery village. Choice of golf courses within 10km.

Cork airport 50 miles 1 hour 30 mins.

Choice of pubs, restaurants, supermarket, petrol station, post office, available in Rosscarbery village. The nearest bank is in Clonakilty and Skibbereen an ATM is available in the supermarket in Rosscarbery.

Booking notes
50% booking deposit is required. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival date. A breakage and cleaning fee of 100euro is payable on arrival this amount is returned before departure provided the house is left clean and orderly as found. Heating and electricity are extra and charged before departure as per meter reading.
