This property is a stunning self-catering cottage decorated to the highest specification and has been approved as a 5 Star property by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. There are numerous forest walks nearby and an abundance of historical sites of interest within close proximity of the cottage. Several pubs and great restaurants are available locally in both Ballygawley and Aughnacloy. Golf is available in a number of nearby golf clubs and both coarse fishing and game fishing can be experienced within a few miles from the cottage.

£200 deposit secures booking with balance payable 28 days prior to arrival.
£200 damage deposit is required on arrival (this will be returned by post with 2 weeks, providing everything is in order).
Any damage greater than the amount of the damage deposit will be the responsibility of the hirer. Linen and towels supplied free of charge

A luxury BBQ House is provided on a raised garden at the rear of the property. A large table with 10 cushioned seats is situated by the BBQ House. The corner jacuzzi style bath located in the main bathroom upstairs along with a steam room and shower unit. Please note the steam room is not suitable for those under the age of 18 years and is therefore not accessible for this age group. A large basket swing is situated alongside the outdoor BBQ House.

2 Bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with the double bedroom situated next to the downstairs bathroom. A ramp access is provided to the rear of the building.

The beaches of Portrush and Portstewart on the North Coast are approximately 1hour 15minutes drive as are the beaches around the coast of Donegal. The scenic Fermanagh lakes are only a 30 minute drive west.

1 Mile to Aughnacloy Golf Course. 10 Miles to Dungannon Golf Club (where world famous Darren Clarke learned to play). 10 Miles from Omagh Golf Club. 4 Miles Augher Golf Club. 25 Miles from Enniskillen Golf Club.

Water Skiing Available both ayt Craigavon Lakes 30 mins Away and at Fernmanagh Lakes 30 mins away.
Travel
Belfast International and Belfast City Airports are approximately 1 hour drive east. Dublin airport is 1 hour 45 minutes south. A bus stop servicing buses to Londonderry, Enniskillen, Belfast and Dublin are situated a 5 minute walk from the cottage.

The nearest villages with restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are Ballygawley (1 mile north) and Aughnacloy (2 miles south). Larger local towns include Omagh (20 mins drive), Dungannon (20 mins drive), Monaghan (20 mins drive), and Enniskillen (30 mins drive). Belfast is 1 hour drive east.
