The house has been carefully designed with upstairs open plan living to make maximum use of natural sunlight and to enable the visitor to enjoy the stunning vista. The house has a large enclosed back garden and has safe and secure parking. It is a very peaceful location off the main road with views of the sea and stunning countryside. The location is ideal for a relaxing break or for enjoying outdoor country pursuits, as well as being the perfect base for touring the beautiful North west of Ireland.

Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible.

Five minute walk from scenic beach at Port na Blagh, where boat hire is possible. Three minute drive from Killahoey Strand blue flag beach. Five minute drive to Marble Hill strand (also a blue flag beach) popular for windsurfing, canoeing and sailing with lessons available. Excellent surfing and body boarding at Falcarragh beach 7 miles away.

Within 100 metres of the award winning Cove Restaurant. Located two miles from popular seaside village of Dunfanaghy, with restaurants, pubs, shops, art galleries, workhouse museum and hotels. Two miles from Ards Forest park with nature trails and sandy beaches. Glenveagh National Park, the Dunlewey Centre and the Poison Glen are just thirty minutes away. The bustling market town of Letterkenny is thirty minutes away and the walled city of Derry is only 1 hour away.

Horse riding, hill walking, mountain climbing, watersports are all available locally. New luxury Spa and Wellness Centre at Shandon Hotel Marble Hill is a short drive away. Fresh seafood are available daily. Capuchian Friary at Ards and Doe Castle are also a short distance away.
Booking notes
Deposit required to secure booking is 200 euros. This booking deposit will be retained as a damage deposit and will be returned in full, assuming property is left in the condition it was found. Payment in full is required one month prior to arrival. Rental is usually Sat to Sat except by special arrangement. Check out 12 noon, check in 4.00 pm.
