Delightfully maintained bungalow on the Mayo coastline just before the popular village of Murrisk. The setting of the bungalow is breathtaking and peaceful, whilst being within easy reach of the lively town of Westport. There is a dining pub within a 15 minutes walk. Westport itself contains many interesting shops and fine restaurants, specialising particularly in seafood and many traditional pubs, all providing a friendly ambiance. The town plays host to a variety of festivals throughout the year. The village of Murrisk has an outstanding location between the shores of Clew Bay and the majestic mountain of Croagh Patrick, known locally as 'The Reek'. Overlooking the sea is the dramatic National Famine Monument. In the 1400s an abbey was found at Murrisk and is renowned amongst pilgrims worldwide as the starting point for the ascent of Croagh Patrick.

Westport has an excellent 18 hole Championship golf course located on the Golf Course Road, just off the Newport Road, approximately 1 mile outside the town centre. This fabulous golf course guarantees excellent golf amid scenic splendour.
Travel
Knock International Airport - approximately 40 miles/1 hour driving time.
Ports of Dublin and Dun Laoghaire are approximately 3.5 hours driving time.
Distances
Westport town centre 5 miles. Croagh Patrick Visitor Centre and car park 1.5 miles.
