Located a 10 minute walk from Salthill Promenade, with its spectacular views of Galway Bay and the Burren, a 15 minute walk to the city centre, the property is also located close to a main bus artery with regular scheduled services to the city centre and surrounding areas. The house is newly decorated (Spring '08), is spacious, stylish, comfortable, very well equipped. There are plenty of food stores within easy reach and an abundance of child friendly restaurants and pubs so whether you wish to stay in and cook at home or go out for the evening, the choice is yours. The property boasts a secure south west facing rear garden (so if you've little ones, they cannot escape). Secure off street parking. The patio area is perfect for an evening drink, while watching the sun sink in the West (over Galway Bay!) An extra camp bed and infants cot are also available.
