Approximately 3km from Blackwater village and 15km north of Wexford town with its many pubs, restaurants and shops.

Changeover day
Saturdays are preferred during high season, flexible out of season. Arrival time is 15:30 hrs and departure time is 11:00 hrs.

Nearest beach (relatively quiet) is 8-10 minutes walk from the house. It is a long sandy beach, beneath 60 ft sandy cliff face with pedestrian access. Another is approx 5 minutes drive towards the village and is easier to access. There are numerous sandy lanes for walking in the immediate vicinity of the house and beaches.

There are a number of courses within 20 minutes drive.

Rosslare is 35 minutes drive via Wexford town.
Dublin Airport is approx 2 hours drive via the M50 ring road around Dublin.
