Idyllic and private rural setting on a cul-de-sac and part of the sandy lanes of the Wexford heritage trail. Walking distance from a secluded and beautiful beach. Approximately 3km from Blackwater village and 15km north of Wexford town with its many pubs, restaurants and shops.

Another is approx 5 minutes drive towards the village and is easier to access. There are numerous sandy lanes for walking in the immediate vicinity of the house and beaches.

There are a number of courses within 20 minutes drive.

Rosslare is 35 minutes drive via Wexford town.
Dublin Airport is approx 2 hours drive via the M50 ring road around Dublin.
Nearest railway station / bus terminus is Wexford town (20 minutes drive).
