Set in the beautiful location of the Shehy Mountains this property has breathtaking views. It has a large fenced-in garden which is ideal for dogs or children and a large parking area to the front of the property. The nearest village, Kealkil is 2 miles and has a shop and 2 pubs. The nearest town Bantry is a 15 minute drive, and has a supermarket, gift shops and lots of restaurants and pubs. Gougane Barra Forest Park is nearby and is a location worth visiting for a walk with either the dogs or children, it is threaded through with great streams to play in and lots of picnic areas. It has a very Lord of the Rings feel about it! There are sandy beaches at Barley Cove and Toormore which are within an hours drive of the property. Lots of fishing(river,lake and sea) in locality.

Property ideal for dog owners or people with children. A good base for walkers or mountain bike enthusiasts.
Lots of games, jigsaws, toys etc for children are at the property. Also lots of videos. Electric by meter reading and gas inclusive of price.

There is lots of course, river and sea fishing in the locality. also whalewatching within an hours drive. Horse riding nearby. The property is ideal for walkers or keen cyclists.

Nearest airport in Cork an hours drive away.
Swansea Cork ferries dock at(Cork) Ringaskiddy just over an hour from the property.
Rosslare 170 miles from house.
Car is essential and all usual rental firms based at Cork International Airport.
