The property is directly on the shore with direct access to the beach, port and pier. Fishing is available outside the house and lots of room to park and moor your own boat if desired.

About the owner
We have been running holiday properties for 8 years and specialise in providing a fantastic property with stunning views.
We know people like to enjoy the outdoors on holiday so we always provide well equipped gardens/terraces.
Our house will be a real home from home with comfortable sofas and beds, large dining tables and TV, DVDs, books and games for everyone.
The kitchen will have all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There will be a bath as well as showers and we provide a cot at no extra charge.
We stay in our house for part of the year to make sure everything is in good order and we have a local manager. As we have no borrowings on the house, you can trust us to provide you with an excellent holiday experience.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have always loved going on holiday to Donegal. The white sand beaches, the cliffs, the fantastic views and great bars and restaurants meant we always came back. It was important to us to have a house on the beach in a peaceful location but with good accessibility. Jib Luff is easy to get to but is in a location that could not be bettered in our opinion. It took us a very long time to find the house searching the whole of NW Ireland. It is close to all modern life needs in Donegal town and is not isolated like many properties in Donegal.It is also close enough to do your shopping in the north which is much better value.
Unique benefits of the property
Jib Luff has been architect designed and it shows. The interior is state of the art with oak and marble floors,granite worktops, surround sound system for music and TV and jacuzzi bath. The views from the living area and 2 of the bedrooms are stunning. You are right on the beach and can hear the sea. The furniture inside and out is new and of excellent quality. There are very few house like this in the west of Ireland and even fewer that are available to rent for holidays!
