About the owner
My name is Niamh and I live in Cork in the South of Ireland with my husband and 2 girls, aged 3 and 5. I work part time renting holiday homes in East Cork so I can spend afternoons with the girls when they come home from school and Montessori. We bought a beautiful apartment in Portugal last year to escape on holidays and fell in love with the area.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I have rented these beautiful villas for the last 8 years since their sale. I have a very large number of repeat guests whose children I have see grow up since they were infants. There is a great family atmosphere in the village and our repeat guests have been coming here for as long as the village has been open. Youghal is a seaside town with lots of activities for families. It is an historic town and locals are very friendly and welcoming.
Unique benefits of the property
Carleton Village is a small walk from the town and if you don't feel like driving, the swimming pool on site offers hours of fun for the children. The kids club, tennis courts and playground offer lots to do in a safe environment.
