Villa rates are in USD per night plus 5% Service Charge - Local Tax 10% To confirm your booking a 50% booking fee is required . 1) To confirm a booking we require a 50% booking fee, followed by the balance 30 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in USD and GBP by Bank Transfer, or PayPal Money Request (3% fee applies to all PayPal payments). 2) The final balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. 3) Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit. 4) Cancellations made after the 60 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability. Late check-out until 18.00 will be charged at 50% of the applicable season's rate. Late check-out after 18.00 will be charged at 100% of the applicable daily rate.
