Property description
Villa Ajay - 2 bedroomed large villa on a small private secure complex with 24hr security overlooking old salt lake. Second bedroom with terrace overlooking pool area. Both bedrooms consist of wardrobes, and bedroom 2 has over head storage for suitcases. The lounge has tata sky tv which gives english premier matches and plenty of english channels for films etc. There are towels and linen provided and cleaning once a week where the linen and towels will be changed. There are also pool towels provided and 4 sunbeds. Quiet and peaceful but only mins away from shops, restaurants and bars, Calengute and Baga mins away by Bus Tutut or taxi. We have taxi driver and tutut driver numbers on request. Villa Sanjay is located right next door so perfect for large groups to book both villas together. This villa has a small double third bedroom located in the attic. It has a full size double bed however access is narrow so its suitable for small adults or children.

Bedroom 1 - Large bedroom with Bay window overlooking salt lake with king bed and large on-suite bathroom, all windows fitted with mosquito screens and ac.Bedroom 2 - Medium size room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed with on-suite leading out to balcony.
En- suite bathrooms to bedroom 1 and 2 consisting of wash hand basins western WC and large showers area.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises Elec hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, iron - ironing board, washing machine all crockery / cutlery and that most important water purifier (no need for bottled water). Off Kitchen downstairs toilet.
The large spacious living area has a 3 seater and 1 armchair TV with Tata sky which has vast choice of movies and some English channels.
Dining area consisting of Marble table with 4 chairs small cupboard unit and understairs cupboard.
There are towels and linen provided and cleaning once a week where the linen and towels will be changed.

This good sized villa will sleep 6 in 3 double bedrooms. Air con is available in all bedrooms. Similar to Villa Ajay there is a fully fitted kitchen well equipped. Lounge/dining room and two en suite bathrooms and a downstairs WC.

We will require a security deposit of 100 pounds which will be returned after inspection of the apartment.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible We have family living in Goa who will be looking after our Villa so any problems they will be there to help as they live local to the Villa.

Shared Swimming Pool 13m x 8m but only 10 villas and 4 apartments on site. 4 Sunbeds provided.
Coast/Beach
5 mins in a taxi or tutut to Baga beach, lots of wild live especially bird life.
Baga beach is one of the longest beaches you would want to walk on with plenty of water sports, Dolphin trips and market trips by boat or taxi.
Good night life at the beach shacks with some entertainment etc
How to get there
Dabolin airport is 1 hour away, the cost of a taxi is around 700 to 800 rupees many taxis outside airport no need to book.
Distances
2 mins walk to Arpora with shops bars restaurants etc with Baga beach 5 -7 min away by taxi. Many taxis around to choose from with very friendly taxi drivers.
Further Details
Goa has some beautiful secluded white sandy beaches along its coast. But close to the apartment 5-7 mins drive/taxi you have Baga Beach followed by Calangute Beach then Candolim all these beaches are good all with beach shacks where you can have a bite to eat or drink while building up that all important tan. Sit and watch the fantastic sunset with a large local cocktail.
