This villa is everything you would expect to find in such a resort. Recently completed, everything is new and sparkling. There is 24 hour security at the entry gate to the complex and a daily maid service. The property has air conditioning in the two first floor bedrooms. The remainder of the property has ceiling fans throughout. Also boasts an inverter to prevent the power cuts from affecting your stay.

Outside
The area outside the property is beautifully landscaped and very well kept. The 2 upstairs terraces provide an ideal spot for some alfresco dining and offers a lovely view over the gardens and pool. As this is a private residential development, the pool is strictly for use by people staying at the development and is rarely crowded. The property has 2 sun loungers, patio table and chairs and a parasol.
Coast/Beach
The beach itself is quiet, with designated swimming areas as there is a lifeguard on duty here. The local fishermen still fish from the beach so you will encounter local fishing boats on the beach, all adding to the charm of Benaulim and Goa. There are several restaurants and beach shacks on the beach to ensure that you don't go hungry or thirsty. The swaying palm trees hint at the lovely breeze that greets you at the beach, a welcome respite should you choose to sunbathe.
Golf
Although Goa is not renowned for its golfing, several of the large 5 star hotels in the South have 9 hole course for you to play on at a fraction of the cost of the green fees in the Americas and Europe.
Travel
The airport is about 30 mins away. Taxi's are cheap and readily available throughout the area. You are also able to hire bicycles, scooters or motorbikes, just remember to bring your international driving license with you (can be obtained from the AA at the cost of £5).
Distances
Benaulim beach is just under 2kms (about 15 mins walk) away from the property. It is a nice walk with plenty of things to look at on the way. Alternatively you can hire a bicycle for your stay and cycle to the beach. Dabolim Airport 30 mins
Margao (capital of South Goa) 20 mins. Panjim (capital of Goa) 50 mins.
Further details
A short walk from the resort is the main Benaulim beach road where you will find all the usual shops and stalls associated with Goa. Whether you are interested in purchasing local crafts or jewellery, you will find it all here. In addition, there are all the services you could possibly need including an ATM, beauty parlour, restaurants, bicycle hire, a GP, money exchange, tailors, Ayurvedic Massage.
