Located in a semi-rural residential area 5 mins leisurely walk away from the shops, restaurants and bars. Another 5 minutes walk takes you to the Candolim beach.

For very late booking, cash in Sterling can be paid if agreed.
A non-returnable deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to secure your booking, then the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Any bookings cancelled within 4 weeks prior to the rental date will be required to maintain the full payment and therefore no refund will be due in these circumstances.
A £100 refundable deposit is required subject to no damages and breakage.

Bed 2 - 1 double bed (on Ground floor). Bed 3 - 1 double bed (on First floor). These bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (showers and toilet) with large size mirror. Hot and cold water is available. The kitchen (on the first floor with it's own balcony), newly installed containing all cutlery and dishes needed, with large fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The kitchen adjoins a dining room with 6 seating capacity. The TV and sofas are situated in the lounge on the first floor at the front of the villa with views over the paddy fields. One can sit very comfortably on this balcony in the mornings and evenings. |

Newly installed beech colour kitchen containing all cutlery and dishes needed, with small fridge/freezer. This top floor apartment has the best view of over the paddy fields into the valley. There is a balcony big enough for sitting and looking out over the paddy fields in the mornings and evenings. One can see the sunrise and sunset for most of the year from this balcony. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and living rooms have new fans with speed control.
There is a extra communal toilet on ground and first floors (2 extra).
Bedlinen is provided, and a cleaner cleans twice a week.
A travel cot is available for one child up to the age of 3.
Coast/Beach
The distance to the busy Candolim beach is 10 minutes leisurely walk. Candolim beach is very lively in season (October to April). There are a number of excellent shacks with friendly hosts, providing food and drink and especially shelter from the sun. One can walk for miles in either direction.
Travel
Dabolim International Airport is 45km away, and taxis are readily available in season time. Transport is available if required. A car is not essential in this area, taxis are available virtually all the time.
Distances
Private and secluded Coco beach is a few kilometers away, with Calangute and Baga beach in the other direction. Mapusa market is a bus or taxi ride away, and also Anjuna and the Saturday night, market are also within 30 minutes drive away. The Capital Panjim is 12km away.
