Notes on prices
Bungalow and suite prices above are per week and priced in UK Pounds. Parts of a week are pro rata. Guest House prices are per room per night on room only basis and priced in Indian Rupees. Bungalow and Suite will be invoiced in Indian Rupees at an exchange rate published by Yahoo! at time of invoicing. All prices include Govt of Goa luxury tax. Payments are accepted by VISA or Mastercard only via our secure payment page on our website (for link see below).

Zuari View Guest House and Suite

The suite consists of a large ‘U’ shaped living and sleeping area with en-suite bathroom. Equipped with huge bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning and cable TV. There is a large covered terrace with views over the bay. Breakfast and light meals may be ordered from the Guest House next door and guests may use our open air kitchen by arrangement with the Manager. Our Suite is available during Monsoon season. A great choice for honeymooners! Our Guest House has 4 double rooms, all air conditioned, with cable television and en-suite bathrooms. 3 rooms are bay side with balconies and one room is roadside. Extra beds can be provided at extra charge. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is constructed to the edge of a small cliff, and there is no rear garden. We do not supply a television to the Bungalow (our choice). All our accommodation is maintained to a good western standard of cleanliness and hygiene. There is a daily maid service and linen and towels will be changed as required. Laundry and ironing of personal items can be done at nominal cost and at guest's risk by arrangement with the house manager. Telephone is connected at the Bungalow for free incoming and local outgoing calls. A driver with a new 9 seater MPV is included in our Bungalow rates between 9am and 6pm for full days of residence (subject to mileage restriction of 80km).
Coast/Beach
Dona Paula is a peninsular where the mouths of the Rivers Zuari and Mandovi meet, and as such there are 2 good bathing beaches within a few minutes walk. There is a watersport beach at Dona Paula Jetty which is 300m down the road. The world famous Miramar Beach starts around 1km away and runs several kilometers toward Panaji. The 5 star hotel Cidade de Goa is 5 minutes away by car and guests may use all facilities and the hotel by arrangement with the leisure manager.
Travel
Dabolim airport is 30 km away, about 40 minutes by taxi.
Distances
India's most charming state capital Panaji (Panjim), is 8 km from Dona Paula. The tourist resorts of North Goa (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna etc) are around 30 minutes away. Goa University is 5 minutes away as is Manipal Hospital (if you want a really cheap (£40) comprehensive health check!)
Further details
Supermarkets, liquor store and broadband internet cafe are all very close by. Good, cheap restaurant at the Jetty (has delivery service). State bank of India is directly opposite, and ATMs nearby. Panaji has a great fish/veg and flower market daily.
Booking notes
For the bungalow and suite a deposit (25%) is required at time of booking, the full balance to be paid at the latest 8 weeks before. There is also a security deposit of £200 which is fully refundable subject to damage, breakages, loss of keys etc, also payable 8 weeks before travel.
For the Guest House, full payment in advance is required to confirm booking.
