To the north, from the living area you overlook paddy fields and cashew and coconut plantations. To the south the bedroom overlooks the landscaped gardens and pool. From this tranquil setting you are never far from either the unspoiled beaches of Morjim and Asvem or the livelier beach culture of Baga.

| Bathrooms: | Fully tiled shower room, with hand basin and European style WC. Constant hot water is supplied by solar power and has electrical backup. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has granite worktops, ample cupboard space, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, gas hob and microwave. All crockery and utensils are provided. |
| Living Rooms: | A double sofa bed which sleeps 2 people, overhead fans, dining table and 4 chairs, tv, bay window and 2 sets of French doors which lead to a 2nd veranda with far reaching views overlooking paddy fields, cashew and coconut groves. |
| Other: | On the veranda there is a table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided, although guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Linen will be changed and the apartment cleaned weekly. A laundry service and extra cleaning services are available at small extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
You will be met at the apartment by our English friend who will answer any questions you may have. A welcome pack for 2 people is available at a cost of £12 payable at time of booking and consists of : toilet rolls, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, butter, fruit, crisps, salt and pepper, mosquito coils. If required a cot is available for hire.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Regrettably, therefore, it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Attractive landscaped gardens. Large swimming pool and small gym for residents use.
Coast/Beach
A 15 minute taxi ride north will take you to the beautiful, quiet, unspoiled beaches of Morjim and Asvem. If you wish for something a little livelier, Baga and Calangute with their water sports, are the places to head for.
Golf
A golf course is approximately one and a half hours drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dabolim and the journey by taxi will take approx 1 hour. Taxis are very cheap, and certainly the best way of getting around. Pick up from the airport and return is available if required at a cost of £15 each way, for a maximum of 4 people, and is payable at time of booking. It is possible to hire a car, scooter or motorbike for a few days if you wish.

By car: Siolim 5 mins - Morjim l5 mins - Anjuna 15 mins - Mapusa l5 mins - Baga 20 mins.
Further details
There are a number of local shops in Siolim Village for everyday produce. Mapusa is the nearest town and the vibrant market offers a wide range of fresh produce and spices to clothing and leather goods. Banks and ATMs are plentiful and can be found in Mapusa as well as most of the towns. The restaurants and beach shacks offer tremendous value and the food is something to remember.
Booking notes
You will require a visa before you travel. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance in the event of cancellation. We will require a £100 non returnable deposit payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. £100 breakages deposit is also payable at booking, this is returned following a check on departure.
