This superb apartment is in a much sought after location situated in peaceful resort in Calangute. It offers balconies to the front and rear of the property with views over one of the large resort swimming pools and the other over the adjacent paddy fields and distant hills. The apartment comes with ac in both living room and bedroom, inverter to prevent power cuts, washing machine and TV’s with cable and DVD player’s in both the bedroom and living room.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts are available for stays over 1 month in duration. Minimum stay 3 nights at any time. Xmas/New Year - 7 nights.
Accommodation

| Living Rooms: | Large living room with full length sliding door leading onto balcony overlooking the largest of the resort swimming pools. 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table and 4 chairs, cupboard & drawers, ac, ceiling fan, tv with cable and dvd player. |
| Other: | Second smaller room off kitchen and main bedroom. Contains sofa bed that can be used as second bedroom. Please note only available with prior agreement. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the price as well as a twice weekly maid visit. The maid will undertake cleaning of the property, but will not do the washing up! Bed linen and towels are changed twice weekly by maid. |
Notes on accommodation
One bedroom sleeping 2 with sofabed to allow further 2 persons with prior agreement only.
Property is on the second floor of resort, but has lift. The property contains ceiling fans throughout as well as air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room. An inverter helps prevent complete blackouts during power cuts.
Apartment is fully fitted with universal plugs meaning there is no need to bring adapters.
Resort offers restaurant, gym, spa, internet cafe that can be used at small additional cost to guests.

Both balconies have furniture to allow you to make the most of the wonderful location.
Coast/Beach
Goa is renowned for its many wonderful sandy beaches. The north tends to be slightly more touristy and bustling, whereas the beach in the south tend to be more tranquil. The nearest beaches are Calangute and Baga which are about a 5-10 min drive away. They are walkable but will take approx 30 min longer if you allow for browsing of the many shops and stalls on the way to the beach. All beaches offer free sun loungers.
Travel
The only airport currently in Goa is Dabolim airport which is about 45 mins drive away. We can arrange pick up and drop off for an extra fee. You can get to Goa either by charter flight i.e. First Choice, Monarch, MyTravel which operated throughout the main season October-April. Or you can go the schedule route with someone like Virgin or JetAirways via Mumbai. It all takes the same amount of time
Distances
Calangute is the main town closets to the apartment and is a 10 min walk away. Panjim (the capital of Goa) is about 30 mins drive. The far south of Goa with the likes of Palolem beach is about 2.5 hours drive. The distances are not great, but take longer due to the traffic and state of the roads.
Further details
There are plenty of places to exchange money and it really doesn't matter whether you bring GBP or USD. As with anywhere else in the world, you get a better rate for cash than travellers cheques. Shop around for the best rates and don't exchange in the hotels as the rates are invariably the worst. Everyone speaks English here so just ask if you don't know. Restaurants and bars are too numerous to mention, but once you book, I can give you more details of my favourite ones.
Booking notes
The completion of a booking form is required which also details all the cancellation policies etc. In order to confirm a reservation you are required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is payable in full 8 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please note that credit card payments attract and additional 2.5% admin charge.
