The front balcony, where you can relax and dine or have an evening drink watching the famous Goan sunset, overlooks the swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens that are maintained daily. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans and mosquito doors and windows. The complex is situated opposite the Highland Beach Resort in the heart of Candolim and is a short stroll from numerous restaurants and bars. Candolim beach is a 6 minute walk away with many beach shacks, where you can eat, drink and relax or enjoy views of the Arabian sea.

Travel
Goa airport (Dabolim) is 35 kilometres away and the journey time is approximately 1 hour. Part of the service offered is free collection from the airport to the apartment.
Distances
The capital of Goa, Panjim, is 14 Kilometres away where you can take various boat trips on the Mandovi river including the famous casino boats where you can eat, drink and gamble until the early hours of the morning.
There is the night market in Arpora on Saturdays which takes about half hour to reach by taxi. Calangute is 3 kms away and Baga is 5 kms away.
Further details
Taxis are plentiful and very cheap to hire. You can take trips to see various different types of wildlife including crocodiles, monkeys, elephants and tigers. There are many boat trips to get you closer to the dolphins, which can be seen from time to time from the beach at Candolim. Trips can be taken to the spice plantations, waterfalls and other exotic locations, all this and much more can be arranged through local tour operators. There are numerous restaurants in Candolim offering different food from around the world not to mention Goan and other dishes from regions in India. Beauty salons, ayurvedic massage and yoga classes can be found nearby. Nightlife is at the resort of Baga and Arpora, you can stay in the night clubs until the early hours. Old Goa is situated a short distance from Panjim city where the splendour of old Churches and architecture can be seen and explored. Traditional shops including leather goods, luscious silks, carving stores, together with modern supermarkets, banks and ATMs are a few minutes walk away.
Booking notes
Bookings are for a minimum of 1 week except for Christmas and New Year when a 10 day booking is the required minimum.
A 30% deposit secures a booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £50 key and breakage deposit. The key and breakage deposit is refundable upon departure.
