Dona Rosa is a detached villa set amongst palm groves in a typical Goan seaside village. Access to local facilities, including the beach, is by a pleasant 3 minute walk through the sand dunes. There is a choice of local restaurants that have a multi cuisine menu together with the 5* Ramada Hotel with its many restaurants, shops and beach bars. The local beach huts provide further local cuisine together with fantastic vistas across the beach. All the main rooms are fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. This apartment contains a fully fitted kitchen with hand finished cupboards & a fully marbled modern bathroom. The bedroom furniture has all been personally designed and hand carved by local craftsmen. There is a communal rooftop terrace with sea views and a private balcony with table and chairs, which leads out to the pool area and outside grounds. The premises have 24 hour security and a daily maid service.

| Bedrooms: | Main bedroom has hand carved, king size bed with well supported mattress. Wooden, fitted wardrobes for hanging clothes, 2 bedside lamps rest on matching bedside drawers. The guest bedroom has 2 hand carved, single beds with over head cupboards, wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom is a fully marbled, wet room complete with shower, boiler, WC and sink. There is a vanity mirror inside the main bedroom entrance with a hairdryer. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is contemporary design with red laminate cupboards, black marble counter, metallic back splash, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, extractor, microwave oven, serving bar. Plenty of crockery, utensils, glasses, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has hand carved suite of 3 seater lounge and 2 arm chairs, coffee table and hand carved bureau. Persian Rugs on floors. There is a 27' TV complete with a full cable package that contains many English language channels and a DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a full maid service with cleaning every other day. Towels will also be changed every other day and linen will be changed once a week with beds made on cleaning days. Personal washing can be done at a small extra cost. |

Outside
The balcony has potted plants, glass and metal table set with 4 chairs. This leads onto a landscaped garden which has been designed by the Ramada's own head gardener. The pool is a communal, full sized, kidney shape with built-in waterfall.
Coast/Beach
Varca beach is located only 3 minutes walk away and is part of one of the longest stretches of sandy beaches in South Goa extending from Mobor to Colva. There are numerous beach hut restaurants and hotels that are dotted along this coastline.
Travel
The main town of Varca is 5 minutes drive and hosts several shops, supermarkets and a ‘Baskin Robbins’ ice-cream parlor. The larger towns of Colva and Margao are 20 minutes drive and provide a greater variety of shops and facilities, including the main post office. Dabolim and Vasco-de-Garma airports (international and domestic) are 40 minutes drive &, if you wish, you will be collected on arrival or dropped off on departure by our manager, Steve at a cost of 800 rs (non-A/C) or 1,000 rs (A/C).
Distances
If you go South for 15 minutes by car you will reach the vibrant fishing village of Mobor, which is bustling with great seafood restaurants, jewelery shops and local bars. River cruises can be organized from here through Steve.
Further details
A complete book of local tours and attractions will be presented to you on arrival, detailing everything from where to eat to the latest in dental treatments. There are trips to see the Spice Plantation or crocodile boat cruises and many Hindu temples to explore.
Booking notes
Our rates are reasonable for this area, as such 50% of the amount will be due in advance when booking for periods of 2 weeks or more. The remaining 50% must be paid one month prior to occupation. Bookings under 2 weeks, the entire amount will be required. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer to my UK bank & further details will be given upon booking. All bank charges must be paid by the client and not passed on to my bank. After confirmation of bookings there will be no refunds offered.
