Notes on prices
Tariffs are per apartment, per week. To enable our guests to choose whether air conditioning is required or not during the monsoon period (June - October 17th), there is an A/C surcharge of Rs.800 per week if A/C is required. Our tariifs for June - October 17th therefore do not include A/C. Please note that the availability chart may show 'available' even when only one apartment is available.

Main Villa: Upper Floor. These suites have their own private balcony, a telephone, Broadband access via laptop, a 21” cable TV and DVD player with an excellent selection of films in our DVD library. They are fully furnished with a double sofa bed in the lounge and interchangeable double or twin beds in the bedroom. An additional single mattress can be made up on request. The safe is in the wardrobe and there is a hair dryer at the dressing table. The kitchen area provides for self-catering and includes a microwave with a fully stocked mini bar. The modern, western style bathroom is complete with bath-shower and dual electrical sockets. Our solar powered water heater provides hot water and there is a back-up water heater for times of excessive use. There is a back-up electricity supply, daily maid, personal laundering and a doctor on call service. Broadband access also from reception workstation. |

Our all-in-one facilities include: Four spacious luxury suites each sleeping a maximum of five people. One semi-detached Bondla villa with its own private garden and roof garden sleeping four. The Sandray's Restauarant is fully licensed and serves delicious a-la-carte Indian, Chinese and English cuisine prepared by our fully qualified Nepalese chef. Dine within the restaurant or within our exotic tropical garden or alternatively request room service. Every suite has full self-catering facilities if you choose to cater for yourself. Our secluded garden has a swimming pool and bar, Jacuzzi and paddling pool. DVD library, Broadband workstation in the reception and safes in every suite. The ‘Jai International Travel’ Bureau can arrange all your tours and we offer airport pickup by prior arrangement and reserved parking, a Doctor and taxi on call service.
Coast/Beach
Take a short walk into town and experience the exotic Goan life. Travel further afield and visit Old Goa or inland to isolated bird and wildlife sanctuaries where you can see crocodiles in the wild or feed and take a ride on an elephant. Perhaps a day on the River Sal fishing is your forte, or simply take a boat ride up the River Sal bird-spotting, including dolphin-spotting out in the bay, and enjoy a fish barbeque on board or on a secluded tropical beach cooked in typical Goan spices.

Travel
Transport: Tourists to Goa do not tend to hire cars because travel by taxi is so cheap. You can hire a taxi all day and travel large distances for as little as £10 and the taxi drivers are very helpful. Buses are very cheap and trains run north to south from Mumbai through to the southern Indian states. Cycle hire is very cheap and can be hired per day. Wherever you go during your day it is wise to have plenty of high factor sunscreen and carry and drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids.

The Sandray Luxury Resort is approx 45 mins from Dabolim airport and 15 minutes from Margao railway station.

Guest comments
I stayed at the Sandray Resort with a friend in April 2008. The resort is in a quiet residential area and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and beautiful, well kept tropical garden which attracted a variety of birds. The resort staff were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgable about places to visit etc. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was cleaned every day and complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water replaced as needed. The only worry was when to leave the pool and decide what to chose for the next delicious meal, beautifully cooked to order and served in the tranquil restaurant, poolside or in the privacy of our room.
